I guess someone could be confused with some poor eyesight being that the Aligator is so small on the token wearing his hat and the trumpet could be confused as a cane.
Here's the blow up of the logo side. Easiest thing would have asked the seller what was depicted on the other side of the token.
Something similar happened to me several months ago when a seller described a Las Vegas Boomtown silver strike as being from Reno. I inquired several times and she was very adament that the token was a Reno token. After the auction, she finally looked at the strike and did indeed admit that it was a Reno token.
