I return the cars too Andy, sometimes not soon enough. I got stuck with a manual transmission equiped GEO Metro last year in Minneapolis. ....what a tin can car that was! I rented a Suzuki Swift in Houston last year for a day, was ascared to take it over 60 MPH. When I returned the car, the lot attendant told me it was going to the car wholesaler the next day, too worn out to keep as a rental. ....and it was, with only 33,000 miles on it. What really frosted my butt about that one was I had to fill the gas tank before I "redeemed" it! If they were gonna sell the car (and that word loosely describes that bucket of bolts) the next day, why did I have to fill the damn gas tank?!? <G>
