The defense pulled out their six shooters and began serious firing when their expert, nationally known forensic pathologist, Cyril Wecht, shaply disputed the prosecution pathologists' conclusions that marks on the body showed suffocation. Keep in mind that the prosecution pathologists were not themselves in complete agreement. Doubt is creeping in. I continue to predict a defense verdict on the homicide charges.
