A question. I've tried to buy into a roulette game and declare the value of my chips at two or three dollars each, was told I couldn't do it, had to stack dollar declared value chips in the numbers I wanted to bet, THEN listened to the dealer whine about having to count how many chips I had on a number when figuring out the payout. His tips were reduced...tips do take into account an attitude factor!
