Those more knowledgeable than I with eBay can probably respond with an intelligent answer. Here we have two extraordinary bids. But if no one else bids, all that the bidder will have to pay is the minimum opening bid. Isn't that correct? Further, no one can bid less than the high bid, can they? So if these assumptions are true, it means that the bidder is effectively shutting out all other rational people who might like the tokens from bidding for them.
