Bob,
Can you talk to me more about this jetson Paris chip? You paid $500.00 of this chip at the table. You take it home without cashing it in for the $500.00 green bucks? So assuming you sell it at face value of $500.00 to Don am I right in saying that Don spent $500.00 to keep it? If your answers are yes and yes then my next question is how much in real term does it cost to manufacture the jetsons? I believe the manufacturer cost is much much lesser than the face value, so the initial cost to the casino is also much lesser than $500.00.
Why would the casino discourage or stop people from taking them out? When every time you buy those chips and walk away without playing it back they "outright winning" without so to speak the casino taking a chance to loss. To make my point more clearer let me put it differently - A casino order them from the manufacturer and the casino sells them in the cage cashier for $500.00 profit the difference. So the casino makes money - they are there to make money anway - without the casino taking a chance of lossing in the game itself. Why do they act like, as if a plague strikes them.
I need help to get through this illogical action of the casinos please?
Thank you very much. Leonidas
