Skip they have no customers the service is free of charge to the seller you can't expect it to perform like a multibillion dollar site. But if you don't like you don't have to use it freedom of choice the American way. I hope that someday someone does come up with a site that can compete with Ebay their monopoly is just as bad as any other for the consumer.
