From a story in the Review/Journal. Is it strangulation or just a lousy shave? Prosecution said that certain marks around the mouth bore evidence of suffocation; the Defense expert said, nope, just a shaving cut and proceeded to rip into the prosecution's experts' conclusions of homicide. The expert was even permitted to testify that "There is not anywhere near enough information to
call it a homicide* * *." I continue predict a defense verdict on homicide.

No trial today as the Prosecution is given time to prepare for the defense's major expert to come Thursday. Stay tuned.
