What about a "slot card" ID. The magnetic stripe could hold all of the info about the member. When you come to the convention, you just swipe your card and it let everyone know what you collect, your email address, whether you are a dealer or collector...Thought it was a good idea, but it's starting to sound like the IRS. Too much info.

How about a plain card with you name and club number <g>.
