FREEPORT: New owners took over the Casino at Bahamia
(yesterday) 30 April 2000 [Driftwood]. No information regarding a change; new Bahamia chips.
Five different "Bahamia" $5 chip in play (includes
the Millennium LE).
Though Princess chips may still be redeemed up to 1
June 2000, all of existing inventory was set in
cement in rear of property. Government will not allow the
drilling of any redeemed (high-denom) chips for
"keychains!"
If anything is redeemed, it "must" be turned over to
gaming. Sorry, but I tried my best (in person).
LUCAYA: London Clubs Int'l. does not accept proposal
from government owned property at Lucayan Beach to
operate casino. No plans of any casino in near
future.
WEST END: New owners of Jack Tarr Village have no
plans for a casino.
I picked up everything (and more) as requested.
All $1 chips gone this A.M. Some $5 "LE" Millennium
2000 chips available ($7.55 each; confirm, please).
