Here is how dumb I was!!!
I walked into the sound check for Tracy Lawrence. I was armed with the flyer below.
7 piece band on the stage.
Plus a singer in sneakers, short shorts, dirty baseball cap, and a T shirt.
I looked at the picture and compared it to the singer. No way it was Tracy, it had to be a sound man. I thought he had a decent voice. He finally came down and sat at a table to listen to how the rest of the band, sounded.

I ambled over and said, "Not bad, when is Tracy coming over to listen"
His reply " I'm Tracy"
"DUH"

BTW, the Palace Station sent me tickets to a Trace Adkins concert and autograph session next week. I never heard of him either. Someone told me he was real big, also. I will be at sea, so can not attend.
