I was able to trade for the chip from California that I posted a WANT for a week or so ago. The note in Tom Pleau's "Coast to Coast" magazine was that Sycuan was now using a new 50c Chipco. As I suspected, it's not a Chipco. It appears to be an RT Plastics product.

For those who are interested in California, the pic below is the three varieties I know of from this club. The one on the right is the one I just traded for. The others are a H&C mold and a Thunderbird mold.

I collect fractional chips from anywhere if they have center inlays or are Chipcos. Let me know if you find a new one and would like to trade.
