Breaking news (not really) here's the late January issue. New design, unlike the first three which had very similar reverse designs. I had a friend pick these up for me last week.

He also went out into the countryside and saw that the small local casinos were closed. Confirmed that Commercial Hotel is still open. (there was an eBay auction that claimed it was a closed casino)
