The last witness for the Prosecution testified that he was asked by Tabish to buy alibi witnesses for Tabish. Not a very attractive witness. Defense case to begin today; defense is still not sure if Murphy & Tabish will testify.

I still predict an acquittal--but criminal trials are funny; sometimes the jury goes with the prosecution only after the defense fouls things up.
