More testimony yesterday showing Tabish's & Murphy's activities after Ted's death. Tabish sends silver coins to a cousin in Montana; Murphy sends a list of silver coins to the same person; Tabish tries to sell the coins; delivers a box of silver coins and what the witness describes as Binion Horseshoe tokens; and Ted's new secretary says that Ted showed her Xanax and how he intended to use it. Review/Journal. Evidence shows motive but is not inconsistent with innocence. I wonder if the defendants will testify? I'll bet they don't.
