I've forgotten what year you graduated from the Point. I might have seen your dad. My brother was going through hard times running a catering truck outside Gate 7. I pull a couple of 12-hour shifts for him to try to help him (didn't help much).<G>

In those days you could walk all over town in Long Beach pretty darn safely. Now it's like most cities, be ever alert. Maybe your dad got to see the Miss Universe show which was held at the Long Beach International Hotel in those days.
