Hi Daryl...Go To ebay and file non paying bidder form...you need the auction # for this ...They will contact the high bidder ..If you do not recieve payment in 10 days you can request a refund of the commision ebay has charged you .....Then you can relist or offer it to one of the other bidders..Tom I have done 4 of these in the last 8 weeks
