They had it under construction next to the present casino last winter when I was there. Mandalay Resorts can build a 4000 room Hotel/casino and have it open in 18 months (even after sinking 2 feet into the swamp!) and yet the Potowatomi casino, with no hotel, will take the same amount of time. I guess they should have imported some construction crews from LV.
