We started our boy, Julien, now two years old, when he was at 16 months. He sometimes sells them on eBay and all of his profits go into his savings account.
His favorite thing to do with them is to put them in his small portable bath and play with them along with his rubber Barney tub toy. He expecially likes throwing them around the house...a true chip collector!
