Norm - I recommend Poker Digest. Card Player is older and more established, but Poker Digest is the up and comer. Also, the same people who established Card Player years ago (and then sold it) are the ones now creating Poker Digest. They know exactly what they are doing. They have some cool "novelty" type material (that really makes them entertaining), as well state of the art poker strategy with Malmuth, Sklansky, and Zee. It's the absolute nuts. Also, a "Beginners Corner" for those without a lot of experience.

I am a little bit partial here because I am a part-time writer for PD (Poker Digest). But I had to make this same choice a few months ago, and I picked PD.
