this is for the bad apples that abuse the system,therefore if you never had the experience as a consumer to be abused by inflated rates,a buyer has the choice to bid or not to??????(freedom of choice)
Because the intimidation cause by the seller on the overcharge they created, would you pay $4.50 mailling costfor one chip???????
