All dealers in a given casino make the same wages, as far as I know.
Starting wages range from minimun wage and up, depending on what casino they are working at. Tips is what makes one job better than others.
Example: Mandalay Bay dealers will start above minimum wage and will make much more tips than dealers at downtown casinos.
