Recently I wrote a seller who listed a $4.50 ship fee for a chip. As I was interested in the chip, I wrote telling the seller that I would bid if the shipping was $1.50 or less. As I never received a response, I gave up on the chip and the seller. There is no way that I will spend $4.50 to receive any chip, no matter what the cost.

Also, whenever I see "shipping and handling" without a listing of how much. I either ask the seller what it will cost to ship to my zip, or go on to the next chip.
