Thanks for your response, after your message, I did contact him and that the chips are listed at 1 of 1000 and that was not the #1 of the 1000th set but have not heard back. I was just surprised at how many bidders (and if you look at the bidder they are all new) would bid up that high on those chips. It has already sold for $166.45. After looking at the seller's other auctions, he is not a chip collector but I think he should become knowledgeable of terminology on chips.
