There are very few of eBay police active. We have been beated down to submission. Be prepared to be told to "get a life", to be question as to "what business is it of yours?", to be told that, regardless, it is "typical sales puffery", or that the seller made an unknowing "innocent (although profitable) mistake". Besides, "who are you to tell a buyer how much he feels the chip is worth to him".
