LE’s? Oh yeah, I’ve got some. It’s got to be a very attractive (to me!) chip regardless of issuing casino before I’m interested. I’ve got a few Y2K LE’s for instance but most seemed ugly, but I see the fun of gathering as many as one can if that’s your interest. There’s a hole in my Reno Hot Aug. collection because one chip has that awful rolling jukebox, the ’57 T-Bird on it. Not gonna buy it. Saw several nice LE chips on the tables last trip to LV but just couldn’t make any personal connection so only wagered them back. On the subject of limited chips consider that TCR numbers 26 Nevada examples of the dots mold. I’ve got 10 and they’re more interesting to me than 750 Tropicana Pug (who?) Anderson’s! I recently got a dieswirl mold chip… six chips use this pattern! I do have one unlikely LE (well, 2000…) chip I’ll keep, a Hotel Nevada Chipco snapper. Issued 1996 to commemorate the Pony Express, it’s a house chip because it came from small town NV after all. I won it that magical Blackjack night I turned $60 into a cool $65! After culling it and a decent $5 red I cashed out for $57 but I’m ahead because I’ve got two homely chips I like that I wouldn’t otherwise buy. LE’s are a worthwhile pursuit but my interests are my own which is the fun of chip collecting .
