Here in Colorado, the few casinos that have collector lists limit everyone to the same number (5) of chips to "preorder", but if you want to see some real hard feelings, watch what happens when the first person in line when they release the rest of the chips in the issue buys them all! That individual tends to leave the building before the second person in line finds out what happened.... I think the Four Queens handles LE issues the best way possible by preventing anyone cornering the market on any chip.
