Travis, I don't know which series was issued first, but as best as I can recall, the first set was sold in the parking lot of the casino with either Roth or Barris signing the CD jewel case. I recall that the first issue was sold at a premium which was stopped by Nevada gaming & they are live chips. I'm sure that Janice has the whole story.
