It may just be the picture but it looks small for a 31" wheel. Mine is 32" or so and looks a lot bigger. However it is a steal at that price. I paid that much for mine (wheel only) and it needs to be restored. I have seen them on ebay in the past for $2500-3500, normally with no takers.
