Daryl, The Caesars ashtray was produced by the zillions. I find them whenever I go on an ashtray hunt. Anderson's Guide to casino ashtrays list that one as CAE-14, 15, or 16 with a price of $2-$4. The Castaways appears to be CAS-05, with a value of $5-$7. The Trop ashtray you describe is not listed in the book. I hope that is of some help.
