I'd have to say it's the Belvedere (Hot Springs, Ark.)$1, Red w/4 black, T-mold, HotStamp "Belvedere Club Association w/1 in circle"

It's one of the very few illegals from Arkansas that I haven't at least seen with my own eyes.
