I have sent hundreds of packages none lost and just one missing the items. All chips and strikes must be in padded mailers regular envelopes can't take the pounding. I sent a item in early January and it never arrived so resent the item to the buyer which I will do under two conditions high ebay feedback 15+ or multiple previous transactions with the buyer. After almost 4 months I just received this item back. Return mail must be by turtle mail.
