We have been on both ends of the stick. We sent a package which didn't make it to a dear man. He later told us that it happened to him a lot. I do believe it was his post office. From now on I send everything insured to him. BUT I too didn't recieve a package, and I felt awful when I had to tell the seller (a dear friend of mine). He of course tried to replace the chips. I REALLY feel I hated the second scenerio the most. I felt bad for the seller, and still do. Pat
