Oh Oh, I'm going to write something negative. (out of character) I had a similar bad experience with Casino Player. Lots of lip service, no real service. Way back when they offered a free chip with a subscription. ($1000 Dunes chip Ala Borland no doubt) that I never got, because they were temporarily out of stock. I even tried to order the Faux chips, but they did nothing. My subscription was also billed and not delivered until I had phoned at least three times.
I finally canceled and if I'm near a casino I know I can pick up a free copy at the hospitality desk.
The content is very good and worthwhile. The marketing Dept. leaves me cold.
