Ralph, ingnorance runs rampant at the Foul Queens. I voted with my feet last year when it came to collecting their chips. The only satisfaction you'll probably get is registering a complaint with the Gaming Board. There's not much more you can do. If only "special" people can buy multiple units of a new issue then let the "special" people keep them. My collection is just as beautiful and meaningful without them.
