You're not missing ANYTHING Bill! This is an old chestnut ... sellers are allowed to make all kinds of wild untrue claims on Ebay without penalty. "RARE" is the most abused word used that sellers (mis)use to describe their chips. "RARE" $5 chips do not sell for under $10 ... trust me. Ebay sellers who abuse the "R" word indiscriminately ought to be shunned by bidders like the plague. If they (sellers) are not honest with themselves.... how can they be expected to be honest with their customers? Many of them read this bb regulary... so I hope they will take heed and clean up their act.
