I found one!!! The chipper that had this one to trade also has another one. So, we know at least 3 exist.

The Estes Kefauver hearings closed the Nason's club (The Walk A Show) down in 1952, but not for long. In late 1952 Elmwood authorities allowed only one casino to re-open. The Nason's went in partners with the owners of the Blade (also closed). The new casino was called the 5911 (1952- 56), as it was at 5911 Vine street.
*The Kefauver commission actually never raided or closed a casino. They did manage to put enough heat on local politicians and police to ensure the closure of a large percentage of illegal casinos across the country.
