Great question! This should be a thread that everyone will enjoy.

I've only seen one other example of this chip from The Citizen's Club, an illegal casino in Hot Springs, Ark., and it's warped. I have heard of one other in good shape, but haven't seen it personally. As far as I know, this is the only style of Citizen's Club chip that is known in the collecting community.
