It took some persistence on my part with quite a few phone calls to the Riviera, but, I NOW have the Riviera April Fools Day chips that were released last Saturday morning & were suppose to be ALL sold out in record time!. I had played an all night poker session & when I got home at 7:30 in the morning I called the Riviera & was told they would be released at 9:00 A.M. When I called back at 9 I was told 9:30. Well, I decided I would catch some sleep & pick them up later. When I got up at 5 & called I was told they were ALL sold out. I found that VERY hard to believe. Tonight $800 worth (160 chips) were suddenly turned back in. I guess it's possible, but, why would someone turn them back in only FIVE days after buying them. Either way, I bought $500 worth (100 chips) & left 60 chips in the cage. So, if any of you locals missed out on this chip they were there when I left at 2:30 this morning. I have them listed on my Web site on the "Nevada $5 Limited Edition Chips" page of my Web site for $8 each OR $7 each if you buy 10 or more different chips from that page. As always I pay the postage, all you ever pay for are the chips themselves!
