Hey Katie!

The best way - or at least the less painful way to learn to play craps is to find a 25c game. They are getting very hard to find; yet you can buy in for $20 - $25 and play for a long time! Assuming that you are betting a singe or couple of units (in this case 25c to 50c) and not $5 and up!!! <VBG>

My brother-in-law calls Craps - "Crap-Cocaine", as it is very addictive, let a lot of fun!

The first time I played craps was at the Four Queens and my wife and I watched for a while, put $20 down, picked up 20 $1 chips, and the next thing we know is that all the chips are gone!?! (Note: this was BEFORE I started collecting chips - so they weren't in my POCKET!!!) Since then we have had a few good runs, and a lot of not so good runs (also known as deposits...)

I'm sure there will be a lot of people at the convention that would be glad to show you how to play craps...

Dick
