I was referring to LEs. To cite an example I would pick the porno chips. If, in fact the dealers were able to get a good number of chips (even if they were not able to get all they needed) then those chips should have been distributed at normal prices (even when it was found out that they were pulled from the cage).
I think I'm the wrong person to ask. If I had a service, even if I went to extra trouble to procure the chips, I would feel an obligation to distribute whatever chips I did get at normal prices.
I'm interested in Crest & seals. I happen to have paid $100 for a particular chip. I have been offered $100 by a couple of people for this chip. I was later able to get this chip for $50. I just sent this chip to a fellow collector. Price I will charge? $50. I may not make more money but I think I become richer in the long run.
