The SCC chips are sold by an acquaintance who notes that he cannot attribute them. He is in the Santa Barbara area; the chips are mint; the "CC" suggests a country club but no one has come up with what Country Club they might be. So they are an unknown. The ALD chips are not shown in The Gaming Table and are unknnown so far as I know.
