Gene gave some excellent answers. Most LE's commemorate
an event, holiday or person. Also, most commemoratives are LE's
even tho the number is not on the chip. Ernie, Michael and I have
quite a few items to discuss before printing TCR-7. This will be
one of them. The problem is we are out of room for new columns.
We don't want to use a smaller font or increase the size of the page.
The only solution to adding another column is to delete something else.
Ernie is good at solving problems and I am good at passing the buck.
