Hmmm... If that is really your criteria then you are going to have to make a lot more adjustments. For example, at the Station in KC you wouldn't believe there was water anywhere near the thing, while the Ameristar in Vicksburg, MS is most definately a riverboat.. Harrah's in KC MO has one of each, a real boat and a barge.
