You were wrong to take the scans without asking & you'll remain in the wrong IF you keep peoples scans on your Web site without their permission! As for you thinking that the 2nd bidders on down in one of your auctions is still yours you are also wrong there too. I have not contacted a 2nd bidder in an auction, BUT, I would have NO problem doing so if I had something they wanted & the auction was OVER! Andy - Las Vegas
