Brockway Springs, North Lake Tahoe and just below the Cal-Neva which is Sinatras old digs and the site (Brockway) of the first gaming known in Northern Nevada with the Springs being a spa the wealthy trade created in the late 1800's to cure their ailments (dry out). It is located on the Cal-Nevad border and about 300 yards from the famous Cal - Neva "split" room where one could dine on one side of the room (Calif) and gamble on the other (Nev.) Lotsa history and we are having Gene Grossblatt for the week to meet with really old codgers (Landau, Meyers, Seymour, Fuller, Moe, Herz and father time). Friday nite is going to be jammed at the condo (Unit 32....call 916-456-5594) with Nor Cal Nev members and any of you that feel you can stand and chip because the condo will be toooo full. On Saturday we will honor Gene with Bruce giving every gory detail about his "Sale of the Millennium" to Jerry Wall in 1998 which sorta kicked off the nations economic spurt in the last part of the century. In case I missed anyone....excuse me and give me a call that your going to come to beautiful Lake Tahoe where we will be in the conference room of Brockway Springs ....right on the Lake. There will be Tennis with myself and Dale...Poker will be run by 3 Casino Pit bosses, 2 craps and hold'em dealers, and every hand will be won by Mike or Heidi Spinetti (Heidi has a World series of Poker Bracelet from 1999!!!!a winner)...Mike has only 300 + trophies....I hope he does not read this since there are probably more...Lisa will serve a Saturday nite buffet to all.
