An interesting point came to my attention involving an application for seller's permit and registration for a retailer from the state of California. You know what I'm writing about guys and gals - a Chip Dealer -<g> Someone who sells on Ebay or at chip shows or whatever and lives in California. California recently HAS CHANGED the application for retail license by adding question 29. and question 30.

Question 29. Do You Make Internet Sales? Yes, No. If yes, answer 30.

Question 30. Website address.

It looks like it will not be long before California will be asking all the California Ebay sellers for a piece of the action. No retail license - PROBLEMS. Retail license - PROBLEMS. Looks like a loser no matter how you cut it!<lol> I would guess a year or two. Best, Jim
