...Jim. Pretty much what I had thought when I read that
thread. The only thing that gets me is this....if I go to
a casino and buy a chip, why doesn't it become MINE to do
with as I please. I know I can sell it but if I paid for
it, why can't I put it on my web site for decoration? I think
you pretty much explained it in your post. Just seems to me
that it should become mine when I buy it.

<BTW, how is it possible that someone who was in kindergarten
when I started practicing law got to know so much more than I
do about this legal subject?!>
