It took me a few trips back and forth to figure out it was the guy that Boomtown hires as a look alike, John Wain, not John Wayne. You need to explain these things for people like me who are a little slow... lol

I especially liked the part about why it was a private auction, so people would not be able to contact losing bidders. (right!) But since it's bid up to $10.99 last time I looked, it's too rich for me, even if it does come in a baggie and bubble pack. <G>

Also found on eBay (and I believe a simple honest mistake, I emailed the seller with a polite note.) Commercial Hotel, Elko. Closed 1998, obsolete $1 chip. OK well Commercial is not closed and the chip is still on the tables. I thing the guy misread the information in TCR. In fact I don't understand the *1998 unless the casino did close since my last visit in March 1999? (In which case I better write a serious apology to the guy selling the H&C wht/green Bear chip)

So simple question. Is the Commercial Hotel casino still open? I better plan a weekend off soon, or it will be Oct. before I get a break to vacation in Elko.
