I agree Mel, that the Lucky Chance dragon chip is not only the best looking collectible for the Chinese and Asians but for all the plaques (albeit this is the only one I own.)

However, as far as a chip is concerned, my nomination for this years COTY will probably be the dragon chip issued by San Manuel.
